Freedom To Dream Summit Encouraged The Filipino Youth To Dream

Viviamo! Inc. hosted the first-ever Freedom To Dream Summit at Shangri-La Plaza

Just recently, Viviamo! Inc., the makers of the famous Belle de Jour Power Planner, organized the first-ever Freedom to Dream Summit at the Red Carpet in Shangri-La Plaza mall with an exciting roster of speakers. The event was inspired by the study done by The Dream Project PH that covered 614 Filipino teenagers of every socioeconomic class across the country.

Most Filipinos do not have a dream

Did you know that according to study, 7 out of 10 Filipinos do not have a dream? And among the five reasons that caused this, the number 1 reasons is discouraging word. Many Filipinos don’t dream because of dream shamers — people who discourage those who dream. Other reasons are lack of opportunity and poverty which were cited only as 4th and 5th reasons. Viviamo! Inc. initiated a positive conversation and created an awareness about this through the Freedom to Dream Summit. The event aimed to create a generation that believes in the power of dreaming by inviting speakers who also dreamed and made their dreams happen.

Raising Self-Worth

In this session, the speakers reminded the participants that they were worthy of living their dreams.
