Canon Philippines released six new products at Canon Experience 2019
The world leader in digital imaging solutions, Canon, hosted the Canon Experience 2019 — a lifestyle and business expo where consumers and businesses alike, got to experience first-hand the new products of Canon Philippines. Aside from product launching, there also a stellar line-up of exciting talks and workshops.
Canon Experience Festival 2019
Happening until June 23, the Canon Experience 2019 is a three-day event filled with insightful and inspiring activities, featuring workshops led by Canon photographers and content creators. Guest and visitors get to enjoy interactive booths, special performances and exclusive promos at the Canon Festival Experience 2019.
The expo also empowers Filipino Content Creators with the Canon’s Content Creator series on the second and third day of the expo. Canon brand ambassadors Janella Salvador, Nicole Andersson, Arianne Bautista, Megan Young, Mikael Daez and Andrei King facilitated workshops for video bloggers, social media influencers and enthusiasts, where they shared real-life experiences using Canon cameras as they go about their daily adventures. Top lensmen Jilson Tiu, DJ Coki Meneses and Emir Khan gave talks and lectures to help Canon users maximize the potential and capabilities of their devices.
A highlight of the content creator series was the presentation of renowned Canon EOS system guru Teoh Peng Kee who shared advanced photography techniques, including lessons on capturing fantastic images under extreme conditions like low light events and sub-zero temperatures.

The Ultimate Content Creator Camera
Headlining the expo was the launch of the much-awaited EOS 200D II, which weighs only 449g making it the world’s lightest digital SLR camera. The new Canon EOS 200D II is equipped with an APS-C size imaging sensor and a Vari-angle touch screen LCD monitor. With its advanced features, the EOS 200D II is the ultimate content creator camera for beginners and mobile phone upgraders.
This stylish and compact unit is available in black and silver and is powered by Canon’s latest DIGIC 8 imaging processor that allows for 4K recording. Instant Camera Printers
Aside from digital SLR camera, Canon also launched the two variants of their mini photo printer series — the iNSPiC [S] and iNSPiC [C]. These are pocket-sized instant camera printers which are a combination of a compact mini printer and a digital camera capability. Both iNSPiC instant cameras’ mini printers use ZINK Zero Ink™ Technology from ZINK™, a revolutionary dry-printing technology that enables printing in color without the use of ink cartridges.The iNSPiC [S] and iNSPiC [C] are now available for only PHP 9,900* and PHP 7,900*, respectively.
The new Canon PIXMA Ink Efficient G Series printers
Canon expanded its PIXMA Ink Efficient G series line-up with three new refillable ink tank system printers — PIXMA G6070 All-in-One, PIXMA Ink Efficient G5070, and PIXMA Monochrome GM2070. The printers feature integrated refillable ink tanks, automatic two-sided printing, large paper feeding capacity, and full network compatibility. The PIXMA Ink Efficient G series support both wired and wireless LAN, making them suitable placement anywhere. It also supports Wireless Direct, allowing direct communication and printing from smartphones without the need for a wireless router.
(1) PIXMA G6070 All-in-One
It’s a multifunctional printer that can handle printing, scanning, and copying jobs. It has a 2-line LCD panel makes it easy to perform and confirm printer settings.
(2) PIXMA Ink Efficient G5070
A print-only workhorse, this single function printer has a 2-Line LCD panel similar to G6070 which simplifies the setup and provides device status information like remaining ink levels.
(3) PIXMA Monochrome GM2070
This is a single function printer that is fueled by a single refillable black ink tank which can print up to 8,300 documents.
