Create Your Own Salad at Salad Bar
Grab some salad at Salad Bar
People often think that eating healthy will cost them more. In some ways, it may be pretty much more expensive than the usual meals that we take. Plus, you can only find a few stalls that sell healthy food like salads. But with Salad Bar, getting healthy food is now more convenient and affordable. Just like the ones in the restaurant, they let you create your own salad, either veggies or fruits and even a combination of both. But unlike those, Salad Bar is a stand-alone stall that can be found inside the malls and corporate buildings.

About Salad Bar
The New York Times claimed that salad bar concepts started in the late 1960s while others claimed that it made its debut in 1964 at a South Florida Seafood Restaurant. Started in 2013, Salad Bar opened its first-ever stall at the food court of PBCom Tower. It is owned by two high school friends who have decided to put up their own business. Now with several branches around the metro, Salad Bar aims to make healthy food choices available to more office workers for a healthier lifestyle.

How to create your own salad
For only P30/100g, you can create a salad of your choice in an on-the-go packaging, from their wide selection of fruits, vegetables, and sauces. All you have to do is choose your ingredients, whether veggies or fruits. Add your desired dressing – for fruits you may opt to put condensed milk while for veggies, you may add Ceasar or Thousand Island dressing. After creating your own salad, have it weigh by the Salad Bar personnel.

They also offer fruit platters, vegetable platters, and a mix of both for corporate or bulk orders. To know more about Salad Bar, follow them on Facebook and Instagram.
