Every Juan Can Fly Now, Pay Later With Cashalo
You can now book your flights in Cebu Pacific and pay with Cashalo
Since its beta launched in May 2018, Cashalo gave millions of Filipinos accessible financial services. Some of their financial products are Cashaloan, Cashacart, and Pay via QR. This month, they officially launched their newest partnership which makes them the first-ever airline ticket financing in the Philippines.

Pay with Cashalo
Cashalo rolled out its latest financial product, Pay with Cashalo, which is a digital-credit payment solution designed to provide a transparent and consumer-friendly alternative to cash and traditional credit. Based on the data given by the Bangkok Central ng Pilipinas, less than 16 million Filipinos or roughly 23% of the population have bank accounts but does not own a credit card. Pay with Cashalo allows Filipinos to easily pay for their online purchases even without credit or debit card.
Fly now, Pay later
To kick-off their new financial product, Cashalo partnered with the Philippines’ largest airline, Cebu Pacific Air. Through Pay with Cashalo, Filipinos can now book flights worth a maximum of PHP 7,000 on Cebu Pacific by using Cashalo as a payment alternative and pay later in installments over 3 or 6 months.

“Through innovation, we are able to unlock greater financial possibilities for more Filipinos. As a first-of-its-kind solution, we firmly believe that ‘Pay with Cashalo’ can transform how Filipinos from all segments of society transact online and build a more secure financial future. We’re thrilled to launch this product with our valued partner Cebu Pacific who shares our mission to empower every Juan with more opportunities and create memorable moments.”
said Hamilton Angluben, General Manager of Cashalo
Pay with Cashalo is fully integrated into the booking system of Cebu Pacific. Travelers can easily choose Pay with Cashalo and enjoy its benefits as they book their domestic flights, with credit approval processed in less than three hours.

As Cebu Pacific enables every Juan to fly by broadening the base of travelers with affordable and accessible flights, our partnership with Cashalo will harness more potential travelers through a fly now, pay later scheme. It will enhance payment options for our customers and even provide assistance to those who have urgent travel needs.”
said Candice Iyog, Vice President for Marketing and Distribution, Cebu Pacific
