Newly completed buildings
Greenfield Development Corporation recently unveiled the two newly completed structures that will further shape the future of the Greenfield District. Zitan, one of the newest structures in the district and is currently ushering its new residents, is the pioneering transit-oriented high-rise residential condominium near the EDSA MRT hub. Homeowners will get to enjoy the convenience of transportation and active, nature-centric lifestyle, thanks to the safer, wider, well-lit and tree-lined walkways in the district.

Another new structure is the Greenfield Tower which is a 30-story high-rise building along Mayflower Street that will serve as the new headquarters of Greenfield Development Corporation. The tower will also house other companies such as BPO firms and more corporate headquarters. Greenfield Tower boasts not only its state of the art design but also its amenities such as function rooms and exclusive restaurant in the 30th floor. Plus, the Greenfield District’s fiber-to-the-unit technology that will provide unparalleled internet connectivity for businesses.
Enhanced accessibility
In the 1990s, Greenfield spearheaded the development of vital exits along the South Luzon Expressway (SLEx) in conjunction with its 400-hectare Greenfield City township located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. To enhance the access points furthermore, Greenfield also inaugurated the new Williams Street which is a vital connection to the main EDSA.
“Contributing to the development and improvement of public road infrastructure has always been part of Greenfield’s character as a corporate citizen,” explains Santos.
The announcement of new residential projects
Another milestone includes the announcement of their new residential concepts in other parts of the master-planned township, Greenfield City. They will be launching a new mid-rise enclave, the Zadia, as well as the city’s first luxurious high-end subdivision, Trava, under the developer’s newly formed brand, Greenfield Deluxe.
