It’s a celebration of the city’s rich heritage, artistic spirit, and the creativity that blooms every year.

A Tribute to Kidlat de Guia

One of the most powerful pieces in this year’s Panagbenga was a striking sculpture of a lightning bolt, crafted from brilliant yellow and blue tiles. This masterpiece serves as a tribute to Kidlat de Guia, a beloved Baguio photographer and artist who passed away in Madrid, Spain. It’s an emotional homage to his legacy, and the bold design captures his unique spirit and contributions to the arts.
