30-Day Payment Extension Period For PLDT, Smart Postpaid Subscribers

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, a community quarantine was implemented by the government wherein everyone is required to stay at home 24/7. We all know how important it is to stay connected with your loved ones as well as your work in our current situation. The good news is that PLDT put in place a 30-day payment extension period to all its postpaid customers including PLDT Home, PLDT Enterprise, Smart and Sun Cellular.

PLDT will also be providing speed boost to all Fibr subscribers making your minimum speed 25 Mbps until April 30, 2020. This will only be applied to Metro Manila residents as well as parts of Greater Manila — Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.
