Sumitomo will once again be joining the Philconstruct Expo
Japanese brand, Sumitomo Construction Machinery Co. Ltd., will be participating in this year’s Philconstruct, happening on November 7-10 at World Trade Center in Pasay City. Now in its 30th year, the annual event has become a renowned gathering for all the movers and shakers in the building and construction industry.
Sumitomo is undoubtedly one of the leaders in the large-scale machinery niche at present. The company has over 50 years of experience under its belt, having started its business in 1968. They are currently developing ground-breaking machines for roads as well as hydraulics.
Over the years, Sumitomo has actively expanded its reach across the world. It currently has a strong presence in Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. The company, which started its operations in the Philippines in the 1980s, is being distributed by Macro Construction Equipment for Luzon market and by 3in1 Marketing for Visayas and Mindanao market locally.
One of the company’s goals is to strengthen its presence in the local market—which is currently on a very promising growth in terms of construction projects. What time sets Sumitomo apart from other brands on the same stream, however, is its dedication to the quality and safety of its users.
