Enjoy Authentic Vietnamese Coffee at Highlands Coffee
Highlands Coffee is now open in Double Dragon Meridian Park.
Established in 1998, Highlands Coffee is the largest coffee chain in Vietnam with over 160 outlets around Asia. Their first-ever store in the Philippines is in Cebu. Currently, they have over 30 branches nationwide open to serve you with the famous Vietnamese coffee.
Newest Store in Manila
Highlands Coffee recently opened their newest flagship store in Metro Manila, located at Double Dragon Plaza, which is also one of the biggest among all stores. The grand opening was graced by Mr. Tony Tan Caktiong of JFC which is actually the partner of Highlands Coffee.

Vietnamese Coffee
Highlands Coffee offer five blends of coffee – Heritage, Traditional, Gourmet, Mola, and Culi. But they only use the traditional coffee in all coffee served in the store. You may still purchase the other blends on ground and whole bean coffee packs. All coffees are authentic and are from Vietnam. Their famous drink is Phin Sūa Dá which is the iced traditional Vietnamese Coffee with milk. They also have the hot version known as Phin Sūa Nóng. If you want something bolder, you have the black coffee also known as Phin Den Dá (iced) or Phin Den Nóng (hot).
Menu
Aside from the traditional Vietnamese coffee, they also have other espresso beverages like Americano, Cappuccino, Latté, Caramel Macchiato and Mocha. They also have ice blended beverages, also known as Highlands Freeze, available in coffee and non-coffee based. For non-espresso drinks, they have house blended iced teas like Peach Tea with Lemongrass (my personal favorite); juices like apple juice and lime juice; and mojito.
If you want something to eat, try Báng Mì which is a Vietnamese sandwich available in Grilled Pork, Shredded Chicken, and Tuna. They also have delightful pastries like Red Velvet brownies, Chocolate Brownies, and Banana Loaf.

Highlands Coffee Double Dragon Plaza branch has a very cozy ambiance and Instagrammable spots. The sandwich was pretty great and would like to grab for more. The Vietnamese coffee is pretty strong, beware, but great. I like its bold taste, I feel like it can make me stay awake for 24 hours, LOL. All in all, it’s worth a visit and would definitely come back.
For more details about Highlands Coffee, follow them on Facebook and Instagram. Double Dragon branch is open from 7am to 10pm daily.
